Speed Endurance kuih tat..bangkit & makmur...

Hujan yang turun bagaikan mutiara...huu kih3..tapi time training da tak ujan pulokk kui3 sajek nak kaliss.Tgk coaching point jew da tau..harus senak lagik hari ni..Kehadiran aiyooo tak cantik laie Haku, Ciput, Mira, Farah, Ekin, Yatt, Vicky ( dak join sparringgg neh..hik3 Sarawakian ..Welcome yea Vicky ) and laie sorang selaluu mencukupkan player..Farestt sha..kih3.
Training pat court netball Stadium Larkin, warm up slow jog 3 round n stretching.
Speed Endurance start ngan larian mengeliligi netball court tu in 10 minutes, kalau mengikut ukuran netball tu panjang x lebar kan hik3..bersamaan lebih kurang ah 30mtrs x 15 mtrs..larian 30 mtrs slow jog & 15mtrs short sprint 10 minit~~!!
Yeehaa...kuih tat bangkit..makmur mcm ade pat keronkong kui3..dah 7 minit lari kah3.
Dah siap lari huuu...coach bagi rest 5min dier mcm bese la susun skittle dier tuwh senak2.Larian 4 penjuru..relay non stop short sprint 10x 2set.Seronok~!! ha3..
Well done coach cakap pastu ade sambungan ade laie satu session eh rest dulu..kui3
Last session, larian sepanjang court ( 30mtr la kan ) tu ader marking 3 pit stop la..every stop tu reverse then short sprint to next marking.( leh imagine tak..mesti tak leh ha3 ) wat 5 set beb.
Yeahhh coooling jew terus coach..coach kemas skittle pastu suruh wat stomach n back arch..aiyoo semalam wat sakit muntut auww kih3..suruh wat senapas cam tak mampu jek huk3
da siap terus cooling n brief sket, pasal Liga FAM - FELDA yang mcm samar2 laie tuwh & attitude player yang tak datang fitness but court session dtg pulak so harap ade perubahan.Hal kecit2 luar padang jgn affect team..urmmm so di harapkan semua player keep going training sementara menunggu keputusan game FELDA.
Kiter gi minummmmmm......jumpa sok bestt woo BPM..tataaa
