Speed Training..


Harini follow schedule, pat STF 6-7petang wat speed training adoiii watt ni ler semua tak suker ha3.Harini yang datang Yatt, Tam, Yash, K.C, Haku, Farah and Ciput.
Start training warm up lari 3 round and stretching.
Excersice speed yang pertama dah penah wat before speed with activity.
Route 1 - speed -> quick step ->speed->body faint->speed back to point.
Route 2 – speed -> jumping by 2 legs every marker ->speed - > reversed run->speed back to point.
Exersice ni wat 2 set every route, patut nyer wat 4 set tapi coach kih3 sudah ilang ingatan jap dier angkat marker sebelom wat 3rd set ha3.
Panas tidak berpanjangan kah3, next exersice coach tambah repetitions hu3 Speed and Body Faint 8 kali sey kena wat.Ader attach exersice ni di sebelah.
Hu3 sangat penat la speed, nyamuk dah la manyak hua3..abis kaki kami yang gevuu iteww.
Siap shumer exersice, cooling and brief.
Kul 7.15p.m kami pun bersurai.Sok petang ader individual training saper mau join dialu2 kan tetapi malam tarak boleh skip hu3 mlm sok coaching point Passing & Movement.
